"Freecycling" cast off coach parts -> Discuss

As a member put it to me in a PM, your trash parts could be another person's DIY treasure.

Thoughts on how best to get the word out - don't throw it away yet, see if someone on the forum could use it or parts from it?

How about a sub-category of the Classifieds section - call it "Free To Good Home" or "If it Cranks, Well Friend, She's Yours".  :))

I initially thought about that, but Steve reminded me that it would be yet another board to monitor and the Classifieds in particular have been "high maintenance".

How 'bout a "Sticky" in the Classifieds?  Or around the fire ring?

This sounds like a great idea.  There are several members here that have a nak for tinkering. They can take 2 or 3 of something broke and make one good useable item.
