Remove ONLY one bolt at a time.
As you have discovered, the two outer ones are easy to remove.
Best advice on the two inner ones is to cut the heads off them and put in the new ones from the bottom. They are grade 8, so it won't be fun. If you are good with a cutting torch, that is another option. You do not need to buy bolts as long as OE's-- just a little longer than you need for current number of shims. Said another way, ride height will ONLY decrease, not increase, so you will not need to ADD shims. Be sure you set ride height to mid-spec when adjusting= 32.5" at all wheel positions and that shim count in front of and behind each wheel is the same. Shim count at the different wheel positions can be different-- no problem.
Be sure to get the correct grade 8 fine thread bolts and tall boy nuts (more threads than standard nuts). Torque is 115 lb-ft.
