I got a couple on E-bay a few years ago.  Shop selling off inventory.

Same here on no return call from parts. Been five days now. Last time I dealt with HWH I had a hard time getting hold of them but once I got someone on the phone all went well (control box repair). By all accounts their on site service is top notch but they sure do need to figure out the phone area.

I used the same number. Like Jimmy, the receptionist pulled up my info and promised a call back from Parts. Never called. I'm going to try again in the morning.

I have been waiting for five days for a reply to an e mail. Looks like this is the norm.

Eureka! HWH called me back. My parts are on the way. I asked her what the deal is with the loooooong waits to order parts. She said they are just very busy and slightly understaffed. She said it's always like this in the summertime. Anyhow, that's just the way it is.

Maybe all should call and order one (or two) solenoid valves and an "O" ring kit to have in the parts drawer.
Then the long wait won't be when you have a problem, and chances are most of us will need one in the future.

I don't know guys. I've never had a bit of trouble with HWH. They fixed my computer board and returned it to the Tampa area in 5 days. I went for service to Moscow and was late for the appointment due to another problem but they worked us in in a couple of days. Both times the costs were more than reasonable. I believe that I will stop by anytime I'm in the area for a checkup since they are so accommodating! ^.^d

I am wondering if any of your leveling issues sound like ours. The system will raise or dump manually and we get into travel mode. Because we can get on the road, we will not be connected to tech support at HWH.  Receptionist says they are "a week or so behind returning their calls".  At any rate, the "Air" button is non-responsive and thus, the auto leveling does not work.  We cannot level manually, either. When I hit the Air button I can hear clicking, but nothing happens.  I am no mechanical genius, and I rely on my Technical Support Team ... but we are not rejoining any of them until we see Ken & Dori Hathaway in Yosemite in a few days.  Question .... is this a solenoid issue?  Bad board of some kind?  Since I have no access to HWH personnel, I am relying on the Forum!!

We had issues with both leveling and room slide,  the last attempt was to remove all disconnect plugs one at a time, spray contact cleaner in/on both sides.  Bingo, not an issue since with either.
Just dumb luck.

Carol,
It sounds like all your solenoids work, raise, dump and travel.
Sounds like the HWH selector pad isn't talking to the computer.
You might check the connector on the back of the selector pad.

Connector on the back of the pad (only one) showed no corrosion and was good and tight. I used a little bit of CorrosionX anyway when I put it back together.  Talked to James Triana and his thought was that it is a bad board.  So ... I sent off photos to the parts department and will call them first thing Monday to have one overnighted to California.  I have been reading Barry Beam's recital of issues on his way to the Maritime Motorcade ... I have NO problems!!!!

Jimmy,

I had a good experience with HWH in 9/12.  I had a problem of the system going to excess slope within a few seconds after pressing the auto level the first time.  This would occur even when no yellow lights were on and I was parked on a level driveway.  Then pressing the button a second time it it would try to level and after a few seconds the light would go off!

I contacted HWH and spoke with Randy about the situation.  He advised me to open the control box on the cargo bay wall, pull all the connectors on the circuit board, clean and reseat them.  Also to check the 12V supply and ground and the connections on the selector pad.  After doing all this nothing changed so he gave me an RA number to send it in.  They repaired the circuit board and shipped it back after about 10 days.  Cost about $100 and has worked perfect ever since.  I leave it on all the time and check it at least once a week.

If you have to send the control box in, make sure you disconnect the 12v supply first and label all the wires and connections for the circuit board.

I have an  appointment at HWH in two weeks. Their systems is just not working properly.

I have pretty much concluded that the auxiliary compressor is not working. I so not think it has worked since I purchased the RV last August. Is fixing/replacing the auxiliary compressor something that comes under HWH purview? Or should I look for a replacement prior to going to HWH?

Thanks for any  advice and guidance y'all can give.

I think I would try to get the compressor working before I went to HWH.
Repairing/overhauling the compressor have been discussed here on the forum in the past.

I got a compressor rebuild kit is under $100 at Zoro.com.  Easy to do.  They (HWH) are pretty fair on parts.  I got a rebuilt manifold for about 20% of new with the same warranty.  They can put your coach up on their ramp-rack and find any leaks and mark them and show you where they are.  Any thing on their stuff they fix. About $50 on mine.

HWH is just off I 80 not actually in the town of Moscow. T,W,Th appts are best. gives them some room if extra time is needed.  Monday appts are OK but you can't get into their hookup spots on Sunday.  Arrive the day before if you can.  They start work at 7 and are usually busy on your coach by 7:30.  Sometimes they can start the day before when you get there if they have time.  Waiting room at HWH is very basic.  Very nice folks there.

Kum N Go fuel and Subway Sandwiches on the north side of I 80 is usually priced right and good for RVs.  It is a truck stop.

Tipton Family Restaurant in Tipton, IA about 9 miles north is a great spot to eat.  Food is good. Priced right. Hard working farm hand sized portions. Tipton is an interesting town, county seat as I recall, nice homes, drive around and have a look.

Hastings is only 5 hours north.
