ATs 503 Transfer Switch

Have any of you fine folks replaced your ATS 501 with a ATS 503 I just did now I have no shore power or Gen power The instructions are a little fuzzy. My original 501 burnt a contactor do to a power outage, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ten years ago, while living in our coach as we built the house we now live in, I had to replace our transfer switch for the same reason. I can not recall any problems with that replacement, so I am no help (as usual). I did choose to change the default to GEN, so I must have understood the instructions well enough. Perhaps there is also another problem in addition to the switch... Good luck andy1
