Should be a radiator rebuild shop somewhere in your area, they may or may not will be able to remove the radiator and reinstall it.

Unbelievable prices for both radiator and shipping...........For $600.00 you ought to be able to get a car shipped from Texas to Tennessee.

I would remove the radiator and take it to a reputable radiator shop and have it cleaned and pressure tested.  They should
be able to tell you if it's worth repairing or you need a new one.  Maybe it's nothing more than a pinhole and you'll get away without
having to spend a fortune.

Fastenal has a cut-rate shipping deal that is reasonably priced.  I have friends that ship engines and other heavy stuff with them.

Sounds great, when I bought mine from FOT, the radiator came with all the sheet metal including the 2 fan mounts ready  to slide in.  Not cheap, but a very proper job when completed, also had both fan motors resealed/rebuilt. Also got the new CAC from FOT & installed at same time. Many new hoses, radiator & hydraulic.  Not cheap, but another concern gone.
In hindsight, should have had the work done at FOT or MOT, would have been less $$$$$.

For those that have(or had) leaking radiators, it would be very beneficial to know if you used any additives, had the ELC type of coolant, or had the installed cartridge that keeps the coolant in spec.  Why did it fail is the question of the day.  Thanks and have a great day  ----  Fritz

Good day Fritz, when looking at the passenger side of the coach, the core started to leak in the lower left hand corner. They did a pressure test right in the coach, after they tightened the nuts and bolts(which were loose) and also tightened the hose clamps. After the pressure test the radiator was still leaking in the core area. I use the red Cummins antifreeze. It seems to work well. This is a 2003 and I guess it was just its age that caught up with it??. Drove it back from California with no issues , and then it just started leaking on a small trip up here in the northeast. If you look at Barry Beams photos of his radiator replacement, mine is leaking in the same spot that his photos show. Hope this helps. Thanks Bob
