Service at MOT yesterday

OK being at MOT and FOT recently I will be at MOT for service.  FOT is good and this is just my opinion and just passing my experience so you can know how things were at MOT.  Got in within three weeks.  Arrived and Eric the Service Manager wrote my work order as Rie was busy and not in her office.  (Lead by example).  Got coach right into a bay and Keith assigned three people to do the three jobs I needed.  (1) James replaced both air tank sensors and Keith suggested I replace the D2 governor as I still have the original.  Following the advice on this forum I carry a spare so they put that it on.  Both air gauges now read 120.  Samson took on the Dash AC leak and found a connector loose and replace and recharged the system.  Now is cold.  Clyde then after getting the coach out of the bay reset the Tracstar and is now working.  Also can't say anything but hospitality in Nac-- Michael and Jackie came by and picked me up to go to lunch with them and some more Foretravel owners.  Now how much better can this experience get.  Parking lot was full and was told they carry about 40 coaches on inventory and sell about 15 per month.  They do have some nice coaches for sale.  They really need the room across the street which will be ready soon.  Love the smallness of MOT as they do one thing only and that is to provide service.  Dan

Dan, sorry I missed you, I was there last week for 3 days...Eric wrote me up immediately (at least 25 items, some pretty major) & I had 2 fellas standing in the doorway of his office to take over the minute they could....5 "Super Stars" were all over my coach for 3 days straight, in & out of the waiting area every day to ask about questions about details, doing everything they could to make sure I was taken care of.  I felt completely spoiled by Keith, Isaac, Sanson, Clyde, & Trey, (new guy, & just great). The communication was tops & the team work 2nd to none.

I will be back for more upgrades & complete maintenance on the old girl now every fall, they've won me over for life. And aren't Mike & Jackie the best?! .....great experience, I fly back in this Saturday, pick the coach up & hopefully Monday make the trip back to FL, in perfect shape, thanks to Eric, Rie and the whole MOT service team.

Oh, that every business could do things the way these 1st class professionals do, we'd all be even happy campers!  Safe travels, & hope to see you next time.

Dan,
Thanks for your review of the service at MOT. Took ours to Foretravel in June and was very disappointed with the service. A/C still not cooling. Poor service, follow up, and communications. Should have bought a Newell instead of the IH 45.

Reese,

I would go straight to the top of the company immediately.  That's unacceptable.  I have always had excellent service at FT.

Have a friend that just had work done in Canada, they screwed-up most of it. He found the Co. Owner & explained the situation and the owner comp'd the whole job. Most outlets don't want we motormouths badmouthing them on forums!

Dan,

Sorry I missed you as well. Was there the week of October 12 and had virtually the same team you had. Only exception was Keith, whom they tried to kick out for a day or two for vacation. He still snuck back to check on things, so I at least got to say Hi.

Service was outstanding, as usual. Spent a lot of time just lounging outside of Eric and Rie's office. Couldn't help noticing your testimonial which keeps flashing up on the screen every so often. You're a star!

Safe travels,
