Heart Interface Link 2000 Error Message

I am a dummy at best with regard to inverters and electronics in general, so the learning curve is very steep for me. I am seeing a error message on the Heart Interface panel over the dinning room table that flashes between 13.20 and E-10. I looked up the error message in the manual and it saids:
"Displayed on power up and when power has been interrupted or dipped below the operating voltage of the LINK 2000. May be cause by voltage dips during engine starting if the meter is powered by starting battery."
I have no idea what that means. I don't know if the meter is powered by the starting batteries or the house batteries.
I suspect this may have something to do with my 12 volt power drop issue yesterday (see Mystery Fluorescent Light Problem).
Can anyone shed some light on what is going on?

The Link 2000 is powered from the coach batteries.  Did you place a big load on the coach batteries without being plugged in?

I saw the error on my Link 2000 monitor a couple of days ago. I ignored it because all other values looked normal.

The shop put in a couple of new cables for the starter while I was not on site. They may have disconnected the house batteries while they were doing battery work. It appears that the error indicates low voltage from the house batteries. A disconnect, bad connection, or temporary heavy load might trigger the error.

I am thinking I have a bad ground some where. I have several intermittent 12 volt gremlins at work and a bad ground connection is the only thing that makes sense.
