There's FOT, MOT and WOT (World Of Tires)

I had my new Continental tires put on a couple of days ago and I'm very pleased with the ride as I said in my other post.  I am also pleased with the way in which a somewhat minor problem was handled. 

World of Tires online pricing includes everything including mounting/balancing, etc. at a tire shop near you.  When I went to get the
tires put on the techs couldn't get the Alcoa wheel lug nut covers off without using big water pump pliers, which trashed them.  Apparently they didn't have the right tool for the job, nor did they know that they were threaded on.

To make a long story short, when I complained to the tire shop and got less than desired results  WOT owner Jeff Bown immediately stepped up and resolved the situation by getting me all new Alcoa lug nut covers.  I couldn't have asked for more.

In my dealings with Jeff I have found him to be a great businessman with customer satisfaction at the forefront..................and likable to boot.  I would tell anyone to give him a call when new tires are needed.
