Need Help Replacing Door Panel On Sharp R-1870 Microwave

I need to replace the outside door frame on our Sharp microwave R-1870.

There are a ton of "how to" videos online, but none refer to a Sharp.  I tried gently prying the inner frame away but cannot get it to release.  It seems to pop away a little at the top and bottom but not on each end.

I think it's simple enough but I don't want to break it.  Does anyone know the secret?

I used a very thin narrow bladed tool (spatula) to release a portion of it to replace the latch. I cringed while doing it as I was afraid of breaking the panel. The panel snaps back into place very easily.

Here is a pic of  a R1850 It looks like the inner door panel pops off I woulfd think the 1870 is the same
