Inverter

My Xantrex 458 Freedom 3000 Watt Inverter  went into over heat mode (The fan failed), Just happens I'm in Lewisville Texas and so is National Indoor RV Center which happens to be a Xantrex service center (Lucky Me) this time, However is't Friday and they may not finish it till Monday, I full time in my coach and staying at a nearby park.
My question is can I tie the inbound 110 volt  romex with the outbound 110 thus bypassing the removed inverter and live like that over the weekend, I covered the 12 volt cables and tied them out the way?

You can do that MDJ but you might not need to depending on whether your RV has a separate transfer switch for the inverter panel.    My U270 doesn't have it but it seems like the higher trim levels came with the separate transfer switch.  No idea if it is located in the same location as the incoming power transfer switch or not.

I Have A single transfer switch under the bed, I spoke with James at Foretravel and he gave the to go ahead to tie the 110 together protect the 12 volt cables and hook the batteries back and and flip the breaker back on, all is well I just need to get a portable battery charger to keep my 12 volt items up over the weekend,

Happy Trails and thanks for the input

Correct.

With single ATS, the "pass through feature" in the inverter/charger serves as the second ATS.

So indeed no issues in connecting 120 VAC IN to 120 VAC OUT.  Black to black. White to White. Green or bare to green or bare.

Has anyone replaced the cooling fan on the Xantrex 458 Freedom 3000 watt inverter?

I need the part number for the cooling fan

National Indoor RV here in Lewisville, Texas wants 2 hours at $130 an hour to replace the cooling fan motor,
I took the inverter out and carried it to them and they still want $260 labor
Can Anyone help I went through the part number collection thread with no luck

I took a Freedom 2500 apart and bought a generic fan of the same size at Fry's electronics, put it in and it worked fine.

Correct, I would think those fans are very Generic so any  computer/electronic  store that is into repairing would have something that would match

Right.  Take the cover off the inverter, take a picture of the fan in situ, remove the fan and shop for it.
