Water leaks
FWIW I have been chasing two separate water leaks since October. The first one was easy to fix once we found it. The second one not so much: it would come and go, drip in a different spot and generally made no sense. The bottom line is that both were leaks caused by breaks in gray water drain lines. So when you are chasing water leaks don't assume they are fresh water just because there is no smell, look like clean water and only happen sometime.
