Good tire shop in New York?

First race of the year is Oswego New York so that will be our first trip of the year.  As a result of that I am looking to see if there is a shop in the area of Buffalo, Syracuse or Rochester  to compare if it is worthwhile to purchase the new shoes on the way instead of locally.

TCI is a nation wide Michelin outlet (I even think they are are owned by Michelin but ????).
They work well with the FMCA program.
I have used them before and was pleased.
