Referral for a realistic MH Appraiser
Last August I bought a 1997 40' U295, which my agent put on my account using the NADA value -- a big mistake as many know.
While I know it will be costly, I want to go with an "agreed value" policy (non fulltimers need not react to this as only one company will do this for fulltimers in Texas).
I looked around for an appraiser and MOT suggested one, but I'm having some serious questions with the individual representing them. He doesn't seem to know Foretavels at all and won't even recognize a difference in value between a 40' and 36'. His most recent missive to me said he would have to discount the value of my coach because I've not had the engine compartment detailed (
).
Can anyone recommend an appraiser with whom they have had a realistic (hopefully positive) experience.
Thanks in Advance to anyone that can offer help.
