Front slide window lower track inserts

The slide window lower track inserts for the driver's side and the passenger side are old (27 yrs) and hard, with the passenger side in two pieces.
Knowing that FOT had divested itself of all the "old" stuff, has anyone found a source for these rubber/felt lower slide inserts?
The hard plastic upper inserts are still functional but the lowers have worn out to the point that even cleaning/scraping the dirt off, and lubing with silicon spray doesn't last long.

Perhaps one of the companies that specialize in refurbing/resealing the double pane windows would have something?

OR, try a Google search for "RV sliding window channel".  I got lots of hits - need to go out and look at our windows to see what the inserts actually look like.  I might need some also...

My rubber inserts are still in pretty good shape.  But I'm doing a search anyway, just for future reference.  These might work:

THANK YOU JEFF!!
I will be waiting to hear results also. The DW has trouble opening her window because of the bottom slide hanging up.
It is raining pretty hard right now--and it is supposed to continue thru tomorrow. I had thought about going out to the coach and measuring everything with my Vernier calipers but dislike leaving the DW alone after her foot surgery Friday. She is just stubborn and bullheaded enough to try to do something she shouldn't be doing, that requires putting weight on that foot.

The lower aluminum channel on my side windows, where the rubber insert fits, is slightly less than 7/16" wide, and slightly less than 1/2" deep (down to a little locating "step" built into the frame).  The part I linked above (that Jeff is going to try) looks to be a good fit.  I also will be interested in his report.
