PTO Update

Just got home form Nac with my greaseable PTO...Yeah!! 1900 miles round trip but worth it to have Wayne do the swap. He installed my hydra lift in 2011 and did an outstanding job.

Mark Harvey was awesome, he was more than fair in assisting with the cost. I think, not told, if you have one of the affected coaches call Mark and discuss it with him on replacement.

While I was there I spent some coach bucks on some other items, so win/win.

That is such good news . You will travel feeling much better now .  I would have loved for them to do mine , but as everyone knows it was a secret at that time .                  Brad Metzger

Good to hear the resolution to your issue. I've found Mark Harvey to be fair. But need to be persistent with him. Always communicate in writing.

We really like the entire crew in service and parts. Also a shout out to Darrell Luce (now in sales). He helped us lay out our coach. It is like a mini reunion everytime we have been there.

In this instance my communication with Mark was just a phone call.

On a side note, the Production folks were very interested in my house lithium battery setup. They have debating on switching from lifelines to lithiums for a couple of years.
