Front TV Upgrade/Replacement - 2001 U320

Since purchasing the coach a couple of months ago, my dad has had the urge to change out the TV's for a more modern viewing pleasure. I began with the front TV. For Father's Day, my brother and I purchased a Samsung 32" TV for the old man, and I told him I would mount it for him. His only requests: do not cut the TV cabinet, leave room inside the cabinet for storage, and he wanted to be able to access the side cabinets with the TV in place. So, after a lot of measuring, brainstorming, and a Coors light; I got to work. The set-up is pretty self-explanatory, but real quick; I used two ¾" pieces of plywood (measured and cut to fit the angles) to build up a base on the inner left to mount the hinges, 3/4" ply strips to make a mounting surface on the top and bottom for the face frame that I cut, and 3/4" ply for the cabinet door that I mounted the TV to. The top and bottom pieces of ply wood were cut a little wider than the cut face frame to provide a back stop for the cabinet door. The hinges can each hold 11lbs, and the TV only weighed 8lbs, so I went a little overkill, but it is rock solid and does not rattle or make a sound going down the road. I also used two magnetic latches to aid in securing the door fastened as well, but with the heavy duty spring hinges it really didn't need it. If anyone has any questions, let me know and I be glad to answer them. I'm sure this has been posted a lot on here, but this was just my take on how to get the task done. I have seen it done similar to this online as well.
