Looking for the previous Owner

Does any one know the previous owners of this coach?

A snap shot of the data plate would go a long way in identifying which coach this is and it's history.

I assume someone's looked at that tach, looks like it's stuck on idle.

Correct I understand that but this is the only information provided to me at this point. I figured with the front lights done and the rear were not and the full body paint it should be a fairly unique coach.

Maybe the tach locks when power is cut off.

Maybe, ours zeros out.  :-\

Add-on: It always strikes me as odd, when there is no paperwork with a high-ender. If MOT or FOT did the paint & lites, could they have a file , once you've got the data?

When i buy campers or semi-trucks I buy them cheap enough to part them out. so I don't get any history. I'm lucky if i get the VIN number first. But i can part the motor, trans, and rear end out and get back what I'm offering. but if its easy enough I would like to just fix it.
