air pressure module

Good day to everyone.Behind the dash on the GV320 is a blue module , with a molex connector and two air lines. We have determined that it is not working properly.Does anyone know if they still make them or is there an updated version of it.We were thinking of going with manual gauges. Front and rear would have there own separate line and then rewire so that there would be a lite for each guage.Any thoughts. Thanks Bob

So I can understand this..... FT runs 2 air lines from the tanks to a transducer under the dash so they could use electric gauges?

On my 2001 the transducer was at the tank and wires to the gray box. Both failed at the same time, some mystery thingin the gray box.  Actual air line were run up inot the dash and VDO mechanical gauges were installed. I think the actually ran air lines into the dash for the front and rear tanks and into ports on the blue box.  The blue box drives the electronic gauge as well as watches for low pressure for the alarm.  If you remove the air lines from the blue box you might get a continuous low pressure alarm.  If you have pressure and the alarm is not going off but the gauges are not reading make sure the connectors are seated, maybe use a small ,bit of electrical grease to make sure there is good contact. If all that fails then it is likely a blue box issue.  If all of this is as it is then use a T from the existing line to the mechnical gauges.  This keeps the low pressure alarm functionlity as long as that works.

While you are in there find the alam annunciator (noisemaker) left side above the air brake control, about 1" in diameter and an inch long, two wires.  You can turn the top to adjust volume a bit. I added a switch on the ground side wire so I could shut it off after two days of non stop dinging.
