Power Tech generator diagram

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a PowerTech model# (PTS MH 10 FT)
Having issues with it shutting down on very hot days, while traveling with AC units running. It does not read hot with an infra red thermometer. I can open the bay door and it will run till the cows come home. Always starts right back up and runs. I would like to verify if the auto shutdown circuit is working properly.

Intermittent shutdowns on Power Teck 10KW with Kubota diesel can sometimes be caused by a failing oil pressure sender - that also passes power to the fuel pump.  Less than $45 part on line.  Power Technology SE is one source.

Dan,  Where is that oil pressure sender located?  ???  My Power Tech Gen shuts down with the switch but the Fuel pump and the hour meter keep running. Racket up 4,000 + hours on my Gen Set while it was parked for 4 months..... Gen Set off but hour meter and fuel pump running.....  also I have a complete manual for this unit and have copied it to a file, I am trying to get it transferred from my computer to a share site.... 2 Pole Oil Pressure Shutdown Switch by Nason | Power Technology Southeast  (price is now $20 higher than it was in Apr 2016).  It's possible any Kubota tractor supply may have the same switch.

On my coach the 10KW Power Tech Kubota is an exposed engine.  Looking from front, left (passenger side), towards rear, about mid level mounted directly on engine.

2 leads, one is constant hot 12 volt (as I recall), the other when there is pressure (or failed switch thinks there is pressure perhaps as well), the switch passes power to the fuel pump on the opposite side of the engine.

Try pulling either lead off the pressure switch, and see if the fuel pump and hour meter stop running.  (have electrical tape ready to cover the lead you pull if it's the 12 volt hot lead).

My problem was the opposite - oil pressure switch would stop sending power to the fuel pump intermittently.

Does anyone have the part number for the coolant temp sending unit or switch? One schematic that I have looked at shows a sending unit and another a switch for a overtemp safety shutdown. I am still looking for the correct diagram for our PTS MH-10

Four Travelers. Does your coach have a fiberglass ducting under the generator? We had to install a duct on some coaches as when driving the air was forced into the vent for the generator and would not let the hot air out. Not sure if that is your problem but sure sounds like the issue we had on coaches in that time frame.

The generator compartment is located right behind the left (drivers) front wheel, it has a large opening in the front right corner for air entry. Radiator fan blows into a duct in the cargo bay then down and out the bottom of bay floor. The problem just started on our trip out west when temps got in the high 90's and 100's.

That is what was happening and Foretravel made a duct assembly that mounted to the bottom of the coach with an opening to the rear so while driving it would help to pull the hot air out of and away from the radiator. You probably do not have a bad temp sensor, just need to be able to get the air flow moving through the radiator.
