You should be able to go to a H Depot or? plumbing dept and pick those up. I know we can go to ours for that sort of thing as they are very standard pieces.

What you have is the old style Moen, probably the same 8100 that I have.  As others have said, you're probably better off buying a new faucet than trying to buy the missing parts.  The new Moen 8126 will not mount to your existing wall connections.  You would either need to change the connections or buy the regency that is listed above.  It is supposed to fit your existing wall connections.  I can't speak to the quality vs Moen or anything else as I haven't actually seen or used it.

And if you need new cartridges for that older faucet they are somewhat hard to find and north of $40.  A replacement might be a good choice. Moen faucets, if one fits, now have a lifetime replacement on cartridges.

They make a faucet set that will fit most spacings.  The inlet pipes swivel to adjust.  Ask at your local plumbing supply house.

To be clear, the Regency is not made by Moen.  It looks very similar though & it should work with the existing Moen wall fittings, unlike the new Moen model.  The cost is a fraction of a Moen.  Almost too low.

If your old Moen body is not damaged, it probably still has some value on the Forum.  Lot's of them have been cracked by water freezing in the valve body.  Yours would be an easy change out for someone that needs it.
