Car seats with Grandkids

Hi everyone- we have a great opportunity.  Have 2 small grandsons that we want to take on some trips, but they are in car seats and will be for a while.  The oldest will be 3 soon and the youngest is 9 months.  This issue is we do not have a rear facing bench to add seat belts to so we can strap in the boys.  I am thinking about adding a bench, but was hoping someone here might have gone through something similar and have some ideas.  We have a 36 ft U270, no slide with tile floors also.

Our sofa in our coach is right behind the driver.  I had 2 car seats and one booster all at the same time for my grandkids with no problems.  I used the seat belts located behind the sofa to strap everyone in.
