Potential Technical Difficulties??

We are looking at a used ForeTravel 2007. It has only 25,000 miles on it's Cummins 500 hp diesel, all original equipment, has been kept in a climate controlled garage with a trickle charge on the batteries. My question is what are some problems that could pop up with a coach of this age? I know it needs tires, but wonder about batteries, gaskets, hoses, air bags etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Is there any down side to the fact that it hasn't been driven that much?
Thanks,
Bruce O.

Don't know anything about the newer coaches, but you are driving a 2006 model...wouldn't think one year newer would be much different?

If is likely a 42' Nimbus with the 500HP ISM11.  It could be a 40' with an optional 500HP ISL.  Low miles are not necessarily an issue if it has been used regularly.  Sitting for long periods of time is not so good. Has the generator been run monthly under load for a half hour?  40 miles or so minimum drive every month on the coach?  HydroHot cycled once a month on diesel?  Fuel sitting for a long time can have algae issues, fuel filter issues etc.  It should be due for new tires soon.  Batteries may be nearing useful life.  Air bags and fuel lines should have some time left.  Slide bladders are $$$ so check them carefully.

Figure on complete service, all fluids engine and generator, all filters, brakes, transmission.  HydroHot service.

Ours had 41000 at ten years and I considered that on the low end of normal but it was used frequently.  25000 is way below normal.

Chuck - 2006 Nimbus is a U295/U320 rebadged with a different name (finish-out on an '06 is somewhere between a U295 and a U320), but it's the same chassis.

2007 and newer Nimbus is a different body/chassis.

My 2008 Phenix is garaged but used regularly.  The coach is my 4th Foretravel and by far the best.  The paint and fiberglass on the 2008 Nimbus is far better than previous years. I had 1 2006 that although pretty good did have the slide fiberglass problems previously mentioned.  Foretravel solved those problems for me and changed the construction in ongoing years. The increased interior height is nice for taller persons, or guests.
