Coolant Change 8KW Generator

This is the Isuzu 3 cyl diesel.  After draining, cleaning, and flushing two times the red long life coolant was still coming out looking pink like all of it was not draining out.  Must be doing something wrong.  Searched the forum and found that I had answered that question 5 years ago.  I had forgotten about the drain plug on the back side of the engine.  The manual does not say anything about that, just open the drain which is on the radiator.  The engine drain is just a bolt with a 14mm head, but it is below the connection for the flexible exhaust.  I had to remove the air cleaner and intake hose to get to the bolt and then had to disconnect the exhaust (4 nuts) in order to remove it.  If the rubber splash guard was not under the generator, it would be easier to get to, but one would probably get a face full of coolant.  I took the bolt to a hardware store looking for some plumbing and a valve to make it easier the next time, but the bolt has a tapered metric thread and nothing would fit, so I reinstalled it.  You get about  3 qts out the radiator drain and 2 qts from the block drain for a total of 5 qts of coolant.  Putting a note in the manual for the next time.
