Turbo rebuilder in Los Angeles area

I have a corroded and stuck wastegate on my Holset Turbo. This is keeping me from getting the horsepower I want and seems to be keeping my Pacbrake from working properly. Does anyone have a recommended place in the Los Angeles area that does turbo rebuilds?

Thanks in advance!

Waste gate should be an off the shelf part if your mechanically inclined and you can get to it.

With the 8.3 Cummins, might want to check the exhaust manifold as Cummins are well known for cracking them. Lotsss of aftermarket 2 & 3 piece manifolds available that may add performance and dependability also. Many turbos you really have to be churning & burning to even get the waste gate to open. Let alone stick open.
