Splendide relay part number - Anyone know what it is

We have been living in the coach since january and using the Splendide alot. Recently its been acting up intermittently. It will agitate in one direction and not the other. I called Splendide tech support and they say it is the relays on pins 14 and 15 of the controller board are getting weak. The board is no longer available for this model so the only option is to replace the relays which are soldered on. He gave me the part number for the board (116103031) but was not able to give me the part number for the relays on the board since they never handled them.

Has anyone replaced these relays before? if so, what kind of job is it? What is the part number for the relay and where can they be found and what is the cost?
