Info on coach for sale

I have been following the forum for a while looking for a coach. I saw a red 2000 320 with no slides in TN on RVTrader. I am looking for any info anyone might know about it. The current owners  say they have only had it for a year.

Yes that is it. I tried to post the link but couldn't get it to work. Computers are not my thing. I was surprised that someone would only keep it for a year.
