Low fuel Pressure Alert

I have been getting a yellow check engine light with the Silverleaf reporting a low fuel pressure and low voltage code. This has been looked at by Cummins several times with no result in fixing it. The problem is that Cummins cannot duplicate the fault and has tried several fixes. Cummins has changed the fuel pump lift head, check valve at the end of the high-pressure rail. The fault has occurred while under load and also while it was idling. Now Cummins says this is something to ignore which I am really not happy with as you can imagine. Anyone with similar issues or ideas on what should be the next step in fixing this issue? This coach has a 400 hp ISL engine.

Is the low voltage fault low voltage at the engine ECM?

The ISL is used in a number of coaches, and I have not heard of this issue on any of the forums.

I would start by checking all fuses and connections between ignition and engine ECM.  And absolutely check the ground wire/strap from engine to chassis and to chassis battery.

Low fuel pressure-- first suspect is the fuel filters.  Change them and see if this solves it.

Thank you Bret for your post. I have brand new fuel filters and we did change them after the last fault. Good information on the ECM and the ground straps. I am going to have them checked. Again, thanks.
