Genset Coolant Drain Question

Can someone tell me where the engine block drain valve is on a Power Tech 10KW unit?

Per the manual (check the Media section of the forum), a quick look at the graphics, if it's Kubota-powered it looks like it's near the starter.

Same problem with the smaller 8KW Isuzu, it's on the back side below the exhaust manifold outlet.  Don't think about replacing the Isuzu plug with a drain cock as it is a tapered metric thread.  And it must be removed if you want to get rid of the old coolant in the block, and not have to do multiple flushes (like 4 or 5 at least), and the block will be full of water.  I have to remove the air cleaner and duct in order to reach it with a lot difficulty.
