Corian Adhesive Question

Our dinette has an extension leaf that's missing a wood spacer that keeps it level with the table top.  I've searching the forum for Corian adhesives and glue and found references to color matching on the top surface using specialty color-matched glues.  Google searches point towards epoxy as a good adhesive. 

Any advice on an adhesive to attach wood to Corian?

If the wood spacer is on the bottom and is not going to be showing you can use the 3M 5200.

I found something online that was a 2 part epoxy that I used, but do not remember the name.

Mark, use a two part epoxy, 30 min to 60 min is fine.  Sand the area on the Corian with 80-100 grit paper, clean off all of the dust.  I used denatured alcohol to finish cleaning it, no petroleun residue.  Mask out where the wooden piece goes with blue tape, leave 1/4" or so all around. Mix the epoxy well, spread evenly on the wooden piece.  Press the wooden piece into place and add some light clamping or weights.  You don't need much epoxy or clamping.  Check in 15-20 minutes to make sure it hasn't shifted.  Remove the tape before the epoxy sets up. Let is sit over night,  Give it 24 hrs before stressing it. 

Our Corian table has a wooden sliding base.  I have added new wodden parts epoxied to the bottom of the table to reposition the slide parts and the resulting position of the table. Works great.
