ARP & condensor fan arrived today

ARP & condenser fan arrived today,  ARP had some instructions and I assume the best place for the fan may be on the top of the coil up high.  can you reach the coil thru the roof vent, or do you have to pull the fridge out?

Interior evaporator fans with led lights were to be shipped seperately did not arrive yet.

Mine were mounted way up high when the cooling unit was replaced by JC Refrigeration.
I don't think you can reach that high from the opening.

You can access it from the roof vent.  Will have to carefully remove the insect screen and then reattach it with a polysulfide when you are finished.

Indeed, best positioning is above the horizontal fins at the tip exhausting UP.  Depending on the fan, you can zip tie them in place or use some aluminum to make brackets.

Installing them at the bottom aimed up is sure easier, but is as likely to cause turbulent air flow (degrade cooling) as it is to help.  What you want is laminar air flow over the condenser section.

The fan that came with kit is centrifugal and not axial, with 3" inlet.  will have to take a look at coil on top to see what I have to work with.  may have to make a plenum box.

Muffin fans are all I have ever used, so no help there.

I just installed my APR and fan this past weekend, pretty easy and having a Norcold with single side vent I just installed the fan on the vent it's supposed to draw cool air in and force to up the the roof vent. We will see when it get hot. ^.^d
