Trailer issues.

Why would I constantly loose the right tire on my car dolly?
Got a new tire in Canada and it's about shot.
Left tire is fine, and same one I've had on the entire time I had the dolly.

Look under the dolly at the axle, do you see any signs of the bottom of the axle being bent upwards? Overloaded bent axles wears the inside of the tire out as does bad bearings. If the axle is bent forward or aft both wheels would wear the same amount. This is information on trailer axles as I have changed a few. I don't believe a dolly would be any different.

A bent axle would only wear one tire?
And for sure on the inside?
Rough day today, will post more later and crawl under dolly when it's light.
Another question:
This IS the fun part, right?

If a rock was hit on the bottom of the axle on the right side it would wear the outside of the tire.

Does it run off the  road when you are  towing?  Can you see it in your mirror?

I can see both fenders in my side mirrors.  A tad more on the left but that's because of the way I have my mirrors set.
Far as I can tell, it tracks well with the coach - no sway or shimmy.
The pivoting table where the car wheels sit is not returning back to center as fast as I would like and tomorrow I'm gonna grease that SOB and see if that helps.
Funny thing is, I can (And do) check the rig at a rest stop and all be ok.  100 miles later and the tire is really worn.
Yes, I do check air pressure every morning.  32# both sides.

Had a buddy whose wimpy fender braces would deflect in the wind and rub on the tire, inspect fenders for wear.

Can you measure the top and bottom of the tires for width?

Can show if it's bent,  front and back edges.  Steel rule
