Hazard light flasher 1997 U320

My hazard/emergency light stopped working. I've read that the flasher relay is located behind the panel on the passenger side. What does it look like? I see two cylindrical blue transparent relays. They each have 2 prongs. Are these the flasher relays?

Yes switch them to make sure that is the problem, If the turn signals quit working then that is the problem
