Breaker or fuse for the propane leak detector and carbon monoxide detector

In trying to repair the propane leak detector mounting(it broke), I must have grounded the circuit and blew a fuse. the propane leak detector and carbon monoxide detector are on the same circuit. Does anyone know where the fuse/breaker is for this circuit? it does not appear to be in the box at the foot of the bed.

Breaker is behind big white bay wall panel, and are some of the circuits not controlled by step switch.
