Hydraulic levelers

Got new power to the 400 series control, now getting yellows on two jacks and no red vertical indicator on one. Cleaned and retightened ground wires on the two jacks with yellows before it started pouring rain with no luck.  Are those mercury switches strapped to the jack?  My AP4190 manual shows nada. HWH website does not have downloads on the 400 series. System works on manual, just doesn't seem to behave correctly in automatic. Only one jack appears to sunk much into the gravel/sand but coach is rock solid and fairly level on a 36" Carpenter level. Will clean all the terminal on the manifold tommorow. Winds will pick up to 45 later.

I have suspension air dump solenoids, but what I could find on HWH website did not show any kick down jacks with air dump feature. And during todays automatic operation the front air tank dropped to 50 and alarm went off with engine off. Don't remember this happening when I tested the leveling system prior to purchase but I believe I still had the Engine running in the parking lot.

"Old", I have attached two schematics from our HWH 400 manual collection. Don't know if they will help, but I do know that the control boards from the 400 series with/without air connections are interchangeable (per HWH)
There are inclusions of the air feature on both sheets.

Our manual is labeled ML7879, altho I have garnered a number of sheets from the HWH website.

Thanks nitehawk I spent 3 hrs in the coach while it was raining searching the forum and HWH site with no luck. A link to the bluebird forum finally allowed me to identify the 400 series control panel, which is nowhere listed in my hwh user manual.  Thanks to you I now have a manual for the  400 series computer control board itself.

The mercury switches on the jacks themselves is what turn on the red lights when the jacks are in the vertical position. The yellow lights are showing you where the coach is low and you raise that side to put out the light. If you dump the air then the jacks don't have as far to reach the ground so is an advantage if on unlevel  ground.

My coach has rolled off of the jacks twice now. Chaulk the tires set the brake etc. They are unsafe.

I used to ski in OREDS and had to have expanded wire mesh welded onto the bottom of the leveling jack pads for better grip on ice as I have had the extended jack coach slide on ice several times.

A lot  rear brske shoes become glazed from insufficient temps over years of timid use by conservative owners lowering the rear wheel parking brake internal friction enough that the old parking brake spring safety chamber does not grip as well as new.

Spring gets weaker from use and the drum and shoes need inspection which I think you mentioned you had already done if i'm Not mistaken?
