Headlights don’t work

2001 with Xtreme headlight conversion done in 2009.

Low beams dont work, high beams dont work, hi beam dash warning light doesn't work.
Fog lights work, marker lights work, dash dimmer works (marginally).

We try to never drive at night but Molly likes the headlights on whenever we drive. We're on Hwy 90 in West Texas right now but will be in Laredo in a couple of days. Is a new light switch from NAPA or Autozone a likely solution? If so, simple enough for a non mechanic to replace?

Other likely solutions?

Unfortunately, have no schematics for the dash and don't know if Xtreme made wiring changes when they did the conversion.

Thanks

Check the connection at the ignition solenoid under the dash top. Possible loose connection at the light switch. Use 12V tester on in and out sides of the light switch.

Howdy Mike,
This print indicates Bkr 36 (behind passenger side dash panel) could be the problem.  May not be re-setting.  This print is for '00 U320, likely to be same for your model/year coach.  I have the Extreme upgrade as well, I don't "think" any changes there.

Your headlight conversion may have included a dedicated solenoid to handle the increased draw. Tough to say where it might be without a updated schematic.

Thanks Dave and Pierce.

I'll check for loose connection at solenoid (if I can identify it) and at light switch. Will try to test for current through the switch and breaker 36.

Won't get into it until Sunday, will be settled in for a week.

Will post results.

(And thanks for the drawing Dave, will also be good for future reference.)
