UPDATE to the Update:
With the air leak fixed, we are at 35 psi loss in 24hrs. FT is happy with 60! With the DOT you are fine at 120 PSI loss in 24 hrs.Works out to 1.5 PSI loss in 1 hr. FT is happy with 7 PSI in 2 hours. There is one small leak next to where I will be installing the new protection valve when I get it.Easier to fix then. real small leak.
It stayed level in the rr within 24 hrs. So I hooked up the RR Right Height valve again. If you have been following this, I had both lines capped off at the valve. So now the coach raises 1/4" every 1/2 hour.
I made a shut off valve, and installed it inline at each air bag, one at a time. Coach still raised same amount on it's own . I had a new ride height valve, so I threw one at it. Still raises 1/4" every 1/2 hour.
My theory is, that one of the solenoids in the rear 6 pack, is leaking back internally, probably the travel solenoid.
When I had the air leak before, the coach would drop this same amount. But now with the air leak fixed, it raises. The air loss is slight on the needles. But that makes sense, because the air is filling the RR bags to raise the coach.
Hope I get my call from HWH tomorrow. This is crazy.Like I said, have a few idea's, but don't want to start throwing parts at it.If it ain't broke, don't fix it.Just want to fix the one simple issue.
Cheers Chris

Chris,

Years ago we had a situation of a front Raise solenoid valve leaking through.  We went through 2 shops and phone calls to HWH who diagnosed it as first, a bad level sensor and then second (after that didn't fix the problem), the brain.

Thanks to the forum here, before we routed ourselves to HWH it was correctly diagnosed as an internal solenoid valve leak.  We replaced the valve and all was well.  Steve took the old one apart and found debris (teflon tape!) on the valve seat.

Thanks. pretty much what I think it is. Strange that both RR solenoids would leak the same. Also strange that taking the ride height valve out of the realm, stopped it. But all things are possible with electronics..
Raised 1 1/2"'s overnight in the RR, exactly what it did in reverse, before I fixed the leak. But that makes sense to me. Air drop was 2 PSI hr overnight . But that is because it's going into the bags.
For me, it's not just about fixing it, it's understanding why it's doing it.
Thanks again for your valuable input. I post so much here, so others will have a record of the fix.

Mine was also leaking so I ordered it and it is sitting in the box it was shipped with... I will install it this weekend. I was loosing 30lb in an hour but bags and leveling worked fine.

Apparently if you find every leak in the system you will be ok.  Mine has never moved from where set in five years.  Dash gauges fall.  Not the coach.  Check the ride height valves?

Replaced the RR RHV last night. Nope....Not it....4 days, still waiting for HWH tech to call....Good luck with that. I guess between HWH and FT, we are on our own.

UPDATE:
Gave up on HWH tech calling me back after 6 days waiting. What a joke. Figured it out myself anyway. Pretty much knew what it was from the start. I hate calling tech line's. Most the time they don't even have people that know much. They are just reading a screen. "Oh, did you check the batteries in the remote?"
These places are all over selling their service. Along with most the RV dealers. I mean how can just one dealer in our area, sell 160 units in 10 days, and then take care of those customers, plus the last 160 they sold the month before?
Been in the industry for 52 yrs.I wouldn't take a brand new RV if someone gave it to me. Blessed I can work on my own coach.
I'll find my own parts @ 1/2 to 1/3rd the price, thank you very much.
Cheers
Chris

Lol for buying an simple ored and not to rely on support after the sale, new generation of "kids" are totally reliant on somebody else, and being part of the elite green movement, means trashing something every 2 years, in order to "further" the planets environment, by buying the next techno Gizmo. I guess they forgot it takes energy to produce said Gizmo, distribute, retail, transport, and dispose of said Gizmo. End of rant. Just call me stupid fool. Glad you got it fixed gracerace. Being able to fix something is our planets best hope.

Phred I really wish I had seen Charles white's  old coach before it left the area.

I Agree. Thanks for the support

Let's remember this is a Foretravel Tech Talk topic asking for help about air suspension leaks...

Wayyyy..... off-topic posts have been removed to ensure this topic is useful for future searches on air leaks

I would start a t the bags and work backwards.  Figure out what is common between them and the source line.

Update to the updated Update!
Good thing I ordered 2 new protection valves. The other one started leaking worse then the 1st one. Once I got the leaks stopped, about 4 more popped up on the other tank.
5 hours of testing:
Front tank air pressure lost 5 psi in 5 hours. There is one small leak at the large tank fitting on that tank. I will have to drop the tank to fix it. I'll do that later, easy fix.
Pulled the R/Rear raise solenoid, took it apart, cleaned it, greased it lightly, flipped the flat 'O' ring over. Pulled both check valve's out, cleaned and lightly greased them. Everything looked fine. Didn't install any new 'O' rings
Coach has set 6+ hours. Has not raised or settled at all. Ordered a new HWH RAP1940  solenoid for backup . Have a 6 pack rebuild kit on order with Tom. On the waiting list.
Week later, HWH never called.
Cheers

Thanks, had already done that.I tried installing a temporary shut of valve at the bags
After the air tank leak was fixed, it started to raise  1 1/2", instead of lowering 1 1/2". If I dumped the air in the tanks, it would lower 1 1/2". Bingo. Raise solenoid leaking through!
Cheers

Chris,

It will most likely be after Thanksgiving before you get a call from them. If you didn't know HWH is setting in the middle of farm country and a lot of there staff is in the middle of harvest. This time of year they are slow to respond but will get back to you.

I have been to HWH for tech school. I drove up to Miles Iowa to visit where my cousins lived.I was born in Des Moins. My family all lived in Nevada and were farmers.
We were building a home when I moved to Idaho 25 years ago. Same thing when it came to hunting season.
Thanks for the heads up

With your family being farmers you understand "all hands on deck" during harvest.
