Dash heater won’t get hot or blow out at the floor

Tried to use the dash heater today and switched the switch to floor and no change. Ac vents work and defrost work but nothing at the floor. Also when I turn the temp knob to hot the air coming out the vent doesn't change temp. Where is the valve that controls the hot water for the heater? Also any suggestions on where to start on the diverter valve for the floor vent. 2000 u320 ism450

Thanks
Keith

Is there a valve somewhere on the hot water hose?

On our 2000 295 there is a valve that controls the diretion that hot water goes (ie- all to dash or none) and it is located in the same bay as fresh water pump etc. Should have a note at it telling what to do.

John, I think the Aqua Hot equipped coaches are plumbed different. I could not find any diverter valve on mine.

On my 99 the valve [vac. operated] was visible in area above pass side headlight. You can probably just reach it if you lay down under coach.
Think valve John is talking about is only on non aquahot coaches and diverts water from hot water heat exchanger to dash.
