Length of my coach

I have a 1998 36 foot U320 that is in storage away from my home. I am looking at an available storage space closer to home that might be a tight fit, lengthwise. I doubt that the coach is exactly 36 foot long; never measured it. Does anyone know or has anyone measured the exact length of a coach similar to mine?

Ours is a few inches longer than 36' but add on the tow bar on the back and it is at least 18" more.  We have 39'-6" inside our barn.  Stopping on the mark leave me 4" at the back end tow bar to the inside of the rear door and maybe 18" in the front.  Be sure to leave room for the mirrors and the ladder.  I would figure 37' minimum.
