Wonder if anyone has any information about this coach?  Knew or knows the prior owner?  Has seen it recently?  A PM would be appropriate if discretion is needed.

If that is a real ad, the price is very right. Driver's seat vinyl is shot for 55K. If the ad is real, I would be on the first plane to see it with cash in hand. With deals, you snooze, you lose.

That's a lot of coach for 17,750........... Must be something I'm missing, sounds like an awesome deal if just normal wear.

Bought a few roll the dice products as a Foretravel and other brands sales manager.  This is another one,  if it starts and drives and the gen runs  and the appliances work I would be a player.  $20k plus maybe more to make it correct.  Or it's already done. Maybe.  If it was done and $40k it would be fairly priced

That Google shot of the "office" does not give me the warm and fuzzies.  On the plus side, if the coach is only vaporware a potential buyer could always walk across the street and rescue a homeless dog!  That would certainly make the trip worthwhile.

The seller says he has a deposit and will hold until Weds. The potential buyer flew in from Texas.

When the seller told me it was basically sold the only thing I did is ask if the deal falls through to give me a call. The motorhome was not at the address given in the ad.

If it is a great buy, you have to move fast.  This also means checking the ads daily.
