Need a measurement please

My coach is in Needles CA for winter storage...didn't want it here in sub zero temps this winter. It takes a toll on them. So here's my dilemma, I need an overall length measurement on a 2001 42" U320 tag. I am looking at purchasing a storage condo here in town for storage as I can't find anywhere to rent. The condos here are a 44" length and truth be told they are more like 431/2". I would appreciate your help. I need ladder included..

They have a 42' 2001 U320 so no guessing.

A 42' will be close to 42' plus some for the ladder and any towing stuff,  maybe another 18".

Don't forget to include the passenger side mirror, which extends past the front of the coach on mine several inches.

Sorry I spaced this request thinking I would get a PM.  Since I haven't received a PM I will post a response.

Our coach, with the passenger mirror extended forward, to the ladder rack in the rear measures 43' 5".
