AC and vent switch

The AC/vent/heater control switch on my 1987 Grand Villa has stopped controlling any of those functions. The fan control works fine, but I'm not getting any vacuum  Signal out of the controller, and the result is none of the vacuum actuators work. The after market vacuum pump is working fine, but it can't pull a vacuum because there must be a leak some were in the system.
The control on the dash looks like something out of a 1980's GM product, as the ignition key is a GM.
Any advice before I try and pull the control before I mess up any of those wires under the dash.
Thanks

Do you have vacuum at the vacuum storage ball located under the driver's side front hood? Those lines are under the hood, not the dash. I think the actual control inside is listed in the part number section of the forum, do a search.

Dash Control unit is from a Dodge Ram Truck/Van around 1983  Try a Standard HS108 should work

I checked and the vacuum ballistic good and holds vacuum. When I turn on the vacuum pump I can see the air box aviators trying to open the vents, but there is just not enough vacuum to fully open the door. Must have a leak some place.
