Water leak discovery.

Started out as a "we need new flooring" day.  Progressed to a hey that's not good kinda day.

After disassembling found that the top dash panel wood was at one time glued to front forward fibreglass , probably due to shrinkage and sitting , must have detached or wood shrunk. Going to recut wood out of marine grade plywood , or cement form wood , add where needed to bring up tight against front end , that should keep front from flexing under glass. and reseal windshield glass. That should fix that.

Any suggestions on floor would be appreciated. Not much ya can do with plywood over foam core board. Suggestions.

I had a similar issue in my Monco Sig. the toilet water fill had been leaking. I bought a product at HD that  works on rotted wood. I drilled a lot of small holes and poured it over the surface. It was strong enough to support the toilet and took away the sponge feel wherever I poured it.

The dash plywood damage up in the front (under the windshield) is usually due to either a bad water leak around the windshield gasket, or from condensation on the inside of the windshield (in cold weather) running down behind the dash.  Several threads on the Forum pertaining to this damage, and various ways it has been repaired.

rotdoctor.com  has various products for restoring and protecting wood.  I rebuilt the bathroom floor in my 1993 Newell and treated each new and old plywood pieces with their CPES then used Fill-it epoxy filler.  Worked great.
CPES is absorbed into the woods fibers then hardens which prevents the wood from absorbing water.
