Well poop....

Magnum-Opus ...Model 3048, ser.# 270 (one of the very first ones )
Replaced the half ball & seal, new shaft & "O" rings (Just finding the correct "thick blue seal" was a challenge and the correct funnel "O" rings as well..."Tucker & Leah"" @ Marine Sanitation & Supply in Seattle went way beyond the norm to search  and find what this turd turbo needed..(had to find a manual printed in '03 before all the updates and re-designs...
did not do the "O" rings on the funnel (have them tho...)

Rebuilt the vacuum pump & duckbills.... will hold vacuum for 24 hrs without cycling.(tested at the tank inlet  pipe & at the end of the 2' connector hose to the plastic sewer pipe connection in pump bay.
still would not produce high enough vacuum at the pipe connection to the toilet to cycle the pump.

Pulled the cover to the water manifold.(passenger side)
Pulled the upper sheet metal panel over the sewer dump bay.(Drivers side)
pulled the drawers and floor to clothes hamper in bathroom.
From the toilet Followed the pvc sewer pipe to where it has 2 elbows to pass thru flooring under cabinet.
found the other end in the vacuum pump bay (it goes over and on top of the water tank(s)
Discovered that I can move the pipe that goes over to the drivers side easily (about 2" of  movement both left & right also can move move to and from (push/pull)  that goes from passenger side to drivers side side easily as well...
But.... on the drivers side double elbow thru the flooring there is not movement...

Suspect that I have a pipe joint under the flooring and on top of the water tanks that has separated at a joint (or never was glued like it should have been...

This is more than I can do by myself, so have a call in to Premier in Junction City, OR.. (Oregon Motor Coach tore me a new one financially last month for the things they did. and didn't....)
If they don't feel comfortable tackling this.. It will be a long drive to FOT or MOT...

ANY suggestions ARE MUCH appreciated.. (am at the end of my rope...)

Pictures will get more answers, because your coach is different than mine would need pictures to try to make a suggestion. I will look tomorrow for your post.

FWIW, Oregon Motorcoach has a new Service manager. Seemed to have a different vibe last trip there.......not to hijack the thread....

No sweat..I noticed the same.. new shop foreman  thinks everything should be and work like a CC... seems to have very little experience with Foretravels..(the mech's knew more than he does).. That's Why I will follow Jim Cooley to Premier in Junction City and give them a try.

toilet pipe (with inflatable test plug inserted)

Don't see any easy fix on this one. Maybe someone else has been there.

I hope so....Somewhere a while back I saw a post about the "cross over plumbing" separating  but have had no luck searching.

Not sure if it would work on this but there are services for pools that can run thin plastic tubing inside of exsisting leaking plumbing.
Looks like first thing would be to exactly pinpoint the leak and go from there,maybe could wrap that fibreglass leakstop tape around
if you can't disconnect the pieces,try and find a plummer that won't mind working in a coach.

Good idea but, no way to get to the cross over sewer pipe without removing all the water/waste tanks.... and I am kinda screwed..
Unless I just totally go "redneck engineering" and run the "semi-flexable" tubing like what connects the vacuum tank to the black sewer line the full length across the coach and then to the toilet...
I have little to no confidence in Premier or Oregon Motor Coach wanting to tackle this..
Which ever way I have to go ...it will nearly break the bank I fear.

Thnx..BUT I already have rebuilt/updated both the vacuum pump, bellows and the duckbills.(will hold a vacuum for 24 hrs without cycling)
and have done the toilet as well..
Using  plumbing pipe "inflatable test plugs", have isolated the vacuum loss to the pipe/plumbing from the white flex hose to the toilet connection short white flex hose... The leak is  somewhere in the black plastic cross coach pipe.
The vacuum loss is in in the plumbing from the toilet connection to the connection to the white flex hose going to the vacuum tank

The movement you are getting is not the flex hose in picture, correct?

Correct, I get the movement  just on the black pipe passenger side (can sense that the loose part is in the middle of the coach)
Driver's side there is no movement (or very very little)

Your piping appears the same as our 03 U-320.  Sounds like you isolated to the crossover pipe which I believe is straight pipe to an 90 just before the white flex.  I don't have a solution but have found an endoscope with my phone a valuable tool for trouble shooting inaccessable problems like yours.  About $20 on Amazon.

If the system was a pressurized system, then yes you can put a liner in..unfortunately our system is vacuum.. so no go on getting a liner.
