Gotta say, our DISH tailgater has worked super, and (gasp) customer service has been great, we have them shut it down for as long as we don't need it, they charge $5.00 bucks a month to keep our account current. I did have trouble with the online 'chat', phone works better with a real, smart person at the other end!
