Going to view a 1994 U240...advise?

I am flying to see a 1994 U240 this Saturday (8/11).  Seller claims unit has always been stored inside and photos suggest that to be true.  Seller is grandson of owner and knows little about unit.  I have been scrambling to learn about these unit and would like to ask the knowledgeable community here advise on what to look for, check, confirm etc.

My limited research has indicated that perhaps bulkhead corrosion/failure could be an issue.  Can someone confirm, are the bulkheads under ALL compartments.  Is is safe to assume that if there are no gaps or rust that their integrity is still good?

If rear "rubber bands" are original/sagging, what is estimated cost to upgrade?  It seems 19,000 pound springs are a common choice, correct?  How can I measure ride height?

We had a 1994 Cummins diesel Tiffin (until hurricane Harvey) but it had no jake or exhaust brake.  I'm not sure if this one does but if so, what and how should I check?

If anyone would like to chat to help educate me on these vintage coaches, feel free to call me at 713-320-6192.

Thank in advance and I hope to join the Foretravel community this weekend!
