Dash AC Pressure switch part number?

Still trying to get the dash AC working. The pressure switch is leaking and need to replace it. Does anyone know a part number? I can see a number printed on it but have not been able to pull anything up. I can always go to FT but would like to cross this thing off of my list.

Post the number you found on it. If it is on the foil it is not readable in the picture.

was this on your high or low switch

If I am correct it is the high side. It mounts on the 3/8" line on the of the condenser. I have looked and am unable to find the low pressure switch.

It may take that Foretravel phone call to get a perfect match. It may turn on your condenser fan also.

I'm thinking that I may need this same high pressure switch............ anyone have a part number for it? My forum search came up with nothing, number nor place to source one. If all else fails I will call and see if FT still stocks it..............

ALSO........ does anyone have a schematic showing this pressure switch? Mine only shows the A/C compressor relay circuit and not the condenser cooling fans and their associated relay. (1995 U280)

I bought one from Foretravel and it was not the correct one. Mine needed female threads. Here is what I ended up with.

Thanks Karl.............. did the switch fix your problem?
i'm still diagnosing my problem but it is looking like it may be this switch, a good wiring diagram would help but...............
the problem is the condenser cooling fans not running or not spinning fast enough. condenser is not being cooled while stationary and pressures are way too high, 55 - 65 on the low side and over 400 on the high side.......... so I shut it down before it damages something. Don't think both fans would fail at the same time.

My fans were working...the problem with my switch is that it was leaking Freon.

thanks, yes......dumb question, I went back and read the whole thread again and you clearly stated that in your original post.
My fans did not come on as the pressure rose past 250, even at 400 so I spun them by hand and they did run SLOW after that. This was caused by low voltage I suppose and could be because of failed contacts in the switch. Compressor would not cut off even as pressures went well above 400 -450. May not be the problem but I may replace it anyway, appears to be original.

Have you replace the condenser fan relay yet?  If yours is located on the isolator panel (out in the elements) it's contacts can corrode causing high resistance resulting in your fans not running. On your age coach the pressure switch should be only on/off not low/high/off. So check and see if it is sending a signal to the fan relay. You also have the fan breaker that is in the same location that can have the contacts corrode causing a high resistance resulting in some of your problems.

Thanks mike, I did try a new relay from my "spare drawer" with no change. I'll check things out more later today and post any findings.

I only have one fan on my condenser, but it was dragging and changing it lowered my high pressure numbers.

Try searching 4 seasons parts on CARID,you can do a search for pressure switches only,may be able to match up.

After doing some more checks and voltage / ohms test today, it seems that the high pressure switch is still functioning properly. I exposed the fan wiring from the loom and connected each fan independently to a known good battery (12.5 v) with a couple of jumpers. The fans would not run until I spun them by hand and then they ran but way too slow. Both fans did this and one ran slightly faster than the other. Neither moved much air. So................ they are toast and I need to locate a couple of replacements, any ideas?

looking for:
2 - 10 inch 12volt condenser fans, a Google search for the motors ( Tripac 14-NM090D )
probably obsolete?
anyone replaced theirs?
if so....... with what?
