Microwave and refer roof vent cover?

Just replaced all 3 of our AC covers.  Bought from PPL in Houston.  Could find them less expensive on line but when shipping was included it was a wash.

While up there noticed that both the Refer and the Microwave vent covers also need replacing - not sure about the bases.  Have seen 3 or 4 replacement designs but am wondering what y'all have used.  We have one that goes east/west and one north/south.

Would like to stay with original design - square.

Thoughts?

Scott, does your coach have a microwave vent cover? I read the post but since ours doesn't have a microwave vent they must have changed in 2 years.

.We have two vent covers.  The refer runs north/south and the microwave runs east/west.

Scott,

That looks like the ones I used.  They do get dirty pretty fast.  You can power wash them and it helps some.

Ours are rotting away.  I think that even slight pressure would cause them to disintegrate.  ;D

My fridge base had a whole blown in the front after the last toad strangler I drove through. I am thinking of replacing it with a metal base like this one. Dometic 3100528045 RV Refrigerator Old Style Vent Base Polar White

That's the exact item I recently used on my '01 WTFE.  Exact replacement for older Dometic covers and indestructible.  Woody.
