Modifications to ac filter

Looking for a better design. To change my ac filters I have to remove decorative buttons then screws and finally the ceiling panels, I can't imagine not coming up with an easier way. My first thought was to somehow hinge the panels to access the filters. The next thought may end of being very thin rare earth magnets to hold it all in place, just pull the panels off and swap out the media filters. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Magnets may be a good solution, post a picture of what your unit looks like. I am an HVAC applications/solutions engineer.

Ahaul, Newmar has a similar system to what you are suggesting with a piano hinge and magnets.  They work exceptionally well.  They have a return plenum going the full length of the RV with multiple filters and that allows very easy access to clean the removable, washable filters.  It would sure be worth looking at.
