NO 12v in coach.

Preparing for trip south.  Coach is stored in a heated building and plugged in to 30amp.  I had a few lights on when suddenly everything went off.  It sounded like the battery disconnect switch turned everything off but nobody was near the switch.  Tried the switch and nothing happens.  Batteries fully charged and clean connections.  Any ideas?

Is the 30A service working? Since the batteries are fully charged and you have clean connections, that shouldn't make any difference, but it is a place to start.

The next place is to try to follow the 12 volts a bit. Does the engine start? If so, can you use the boost switch to get power to the coach? Can you check for power at various places going out from the batteries? Is there power at the isolator? Do you have some big circuit breakers that are supposed to automatically reset but maybe aren't?

Engine starts, all automotive 12 works, 110v in coach, boost switch makes no difference.  Did not find any tripped circuit breakers.  Outback inverter has indicator lights that appear to be normal.  Acts as if the battery disconnect switch (salesman's switch) was turned off.  I think that I need to find out what the switch activates.  When the lights went off I heard a solenoid? click.

Might be different on your coach, but my "salesman switch" operates a "big boy" latching relay on the floor of the electronic bay. It does have a 3 amp fuse on the control circuit.

Called Foretravel and talked to James Triana.  He comes through again!  He helped me find the relay in the electronics bay that was right in front of my eyes.  4 amp inline breaker was tripped.  Good to know that this service is available to Motorcade members.
