Powertech factory visit

Any helpful hints on taking my coach to the PowerTech factory in Leesburg Florida?  My generator is only supplying 12vac to the fan circuit breaker.  I have checked wires, connections and everything else I could think of.  There are no reputable generator shops in Fort Walton Beach Florida so I guess it is road trip time.

That is a bad regulator symptom. The same one I had that led to the demise of my generator when I changed the regulator and copied the original wires. The replacement even with the same part number is wired differently. A schematic comes with the regulator be sure to follow it.

I talked to Power Tech - Leesburg last week about a small repair on my generator.  I was told they don'tdo repair work there.  Service guy I talked to was Jeff and he apparently does mobile service on generators on the side.  His phone number is 352-267-0822.
At Power Tech number is 352-365-2777.
